'Tis The Season

Ho! Ho! Ho! and Fa la la la! Christmas season will soon be upon us. Soon you will be opening up the attic and hauling down the decorations to trim the tree and spruce up the house.

But if you need a little more cheer in your decorations this year think beyond red and green. Those two colors are not what make the holidays magical. So add some extra glitter this year and buy some nontraditional colors to add to your decorations.

The Acadian House team wants your home to be memorable. A way to do that is by adding traditional Christmas items such as stockings, garland, ornaments and mantle decorations in colors that your guests will remember.

The sky is the limit on the colors that you can decorate with. All you need as a guide is to think traditional in a nontraditional way. What that means is that if you stick to the traditional shapes, reindeer, Santa, snowflakes, etc in any color you want then your items will work as decorations.

Whether your tree is cheering for the tigers or is making more of a modern statement, our challenge to you this year is to add a little touch of color in your decorations to introduce the unexpected.
