DESIGN + RENOVATION pricing

Your home is likely the biggest purchase you've ever made. As your most valuable asset, any amount of time, money, and energy you put into it is a serious investment. As with any investment, it's important to understand what kind of return to expect. This is especially true when it comes to remodeling or renovating your home. While there will be an initial expense, the value that it adds to your home can mitigate much of the cost. Of course it depends on your budget and plans as to how much of the cost of the update can be recouped. 

  • Do you charge for the time it takes for you to bid my project?

    Bidding is done at no fee to the client. 

  • Are the prices I see on HGTV realistic?

    Unfortunately, TV shows do not convey realistic costs of renovating. When you are watching tv shows about renovations, keep in mind that most product and labor is either donated or provided at lower costs in exchange for publicity on the show.

  • Do you have a minimum size or cost for a project?

    We do not have a minimum size or cost for a project; however, we are a design/build firm and handle complete jobs. We don't sell and install single products like plumbing fixtures, flooring, and countertops.

  • Does a bathroom or kitchen cost more to renovate?

    While kitchens are typically more expensive in total cost, bathrooms tend to cost more per square foot to renovate. 

  • Do you offer any financing?

  • Will there be more fees after we sign a contract?

    We bid our jobs to the penny so the client knows exactly the cost of the renovation. The only way you will incur extra costs after signing a contract is if you change your mind or something unforeseen is discovered during the course of construction.
