DESIGN services

  • How long does the design and bidding process take and how soon can we start my project?

    The timeline varies client to client, depending on the size and scope of your project as well as schedule availability. We can typically book your in-home consultation1-2 weeks out. If you decide to move forward with the design or selection process, typical turnaround is about two weeks for design and 1-2 weeks for selections. Once designs and selections are finalized, it typically takes about 2 weeks to bid the job.

  • Do you sell bathtubs?

    No, we do not sell individual products; however, if you choose to move forward with our turnkey services, then we can provide your bathtub as part of your bid package.

  • Can I reuse my cabinets, appliances, tub, etc.?

    Yes, depending on the final scope of the job, we can reuse elements of your existing space.

  • Do you work with granite and other natural stones?

    We recommend Quartz as the best surface for your countertops as they are stain, scratch, and chip resistant. They are also permanently sealed and come with a manufacturer's warranty. However, we can work with granite and other natural stone surfaces if you would prefer. Our designers will educate you on the pros and cons of the particular material you have in mind.

  • Can you help me pick my paint colors out?

    Yes, we can assist you with selecting paint colors that will complement the rest of the selections for your space.

  • Can I get my products (such as tile, countertops, hardware) from you?

    Yes, we can provide all of the products needed for your renovation.

  • Do your products come with a warranty?

    We install our products to the manufacturer's specifications in order to preserve the warranties they come with. Acadian House Design + Renovation provides a 1-year warranty on all of our labor. 

  • Can I get my appliances from you?

    We currently do not provide appliances, but we work with an appliance specialist who can assist you with the selection and buying process.

  • Do you use manufactured cabinets?

    We use fully customizable manufactured cabinets in order for your product to have a high-quality finish. The cabinets feature soft close doors and drawers, full extension drawers, adjustable shelves. Accessories, such as trash pullouts, Tupperware organizers, etc., are also available to be incorporated into your design so your cabinets can best for your needs and space.
