Our goal is to create spaces that are unique to the client’s needs, habits and aesthetic preferences. Inspiration is drawn from conversations and relationships that develop between clients and our team. Our process ensures we will carry out your vision during the construction phase. All of our carpenters, tile setters, countertop fabricators, plumbers, electricians, painters and others combine traditional top-quality construction with new technologies to renovate the home of your dreams .

  • What is a typical timeframe for a kitchen or bath remodel?

    Time frames vary from project to project, depending on the final scope of work. Most projects will consist of a 60 to 90-day timeframe with some as little as 30 days. Your contract will include a start and finish date that is specific to your project.

  • How are unforeseen issues handled?

    While unforeseen items can be found during renovations, it does not happen on every job like TV shows might make you think. It is very rare to uncover unforeseen items that were not evident during the in-home consultation. If something were to be discovered, we would discuss the situation with you to develop a game plan moving forward.

  • Are your subcontractors insured?

    Yes, every subcontractor that will be working on the construction of your project is insured. We work with the same qualified and insured subs for every job.

  • Do we need to be home for construction to happen?

    No, we use a lock-box system so that you can go about your daily routine. We want to make the process of your renovation easy and stress-free.

  • Do you only renovate kitchens and baths?

    We do whole house renovations but specialize in kitchens and baths. We can help you with your living spaces!
