Tell us about your project by filling out our questionnaire below. Then, take 5-8 photos of each space to upload in the designated box. This helps your design team get to know you and your space

Once we receive your completed questionnaire and photos, you will receive a phone call or email to schedule your virtual appointment and provide payment.

Within 24 hours, you will receive a rough sketch (not to scale) of your floor plan(s) with letters representing measurements that your designers will need to move forward. Please measure to the nearest 1/8” as we create your scaled plans and calculate square footages from these dimensions. Don’t worry! We’ve made this step very easy. See our example below for guidance on accurately measuring your space. Once all measurements are recorded, you will email the list to your design team. 

Be on the lookout for a link to your Virtual Design Consultation. This meeting gives your designers the opportunity to look at your space and analyze how you use it. We will discuss ideas to improve function, organization, aesthetics and any other issues that might come up during your appointment. In doing this, your designers will know if a gut-and-replace or face-lift better fits your needs and wants. From there, we will review three ways to approach your budget and create a plan to move forward. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email recapping everything that was discussed. 

You will receive a link to virtually review 3D layouts of your space. Our 2020 Design program will move you through your space as if you were in it while we discuss pros and cons of each design. Your feedback will provide the designers with necessary information to create a final design that meets your needs by incorporating your favorite parts of each design.

Your designers will present the final plan discussed with you in Phase 1. We will then review and analyze your inspiration for each space. We suggest using tools such as Houzz, Pinterest, magazines, etc. so we can help you find your personal style and ways to implement that into your home. You will receive a link for this meeting.

Curb side delivery of sanitized selections. You will be able to keep these for 2-4 days so you can visualize them in your own home. 

A set of detailed specifications and pricing will be presented upon finalizing your design and materials. You will also receive your final designs including plans, elevations and perspectives. Before signing, a home visit will be required to evaluate the space and review structural, plumbing and electrical details.
