Do you have a contractor’s (builder or remodeler) license?
Do you have worker’s comp?
Do you have insurance?
Do your subcontractors have worker’s comp and insurance?
How long have you been in business?
Does your work and product come with a warranty?
Will you put a completion date in writing?
How do your payment schedules work?
Where is your office located?
Do you offer an office number and a cell phone number?
Do you have references or client referrals?
When will you order the products for my project?
